2、Free Warranty Period: Free maintenance is provided as agreed after project acceptance; lifetime maintenance service is available (within the agreed scope of use)
免费质保期：项目验收合格后，按约定提供免费保修，提供终身维护服务（在双方约定使用范围内）
 
3、Commencement of Warranty Period: Starting from the date of project acceptance
质保期起算：自项目验收合格之日起计算
 
4、After-sales Response Mechanism: Upon receiving a service call, JLDLAB after-sales specialists will immediately arrange technicians to analyze the fault and formulate a targeted solution.
售后响应机制：捷伦达售后服务专员接到客户报修电话后，将立即组织技术人员分析故障情况，并制定专项处理方案。
 
5、After-sales Service Outlets: JLDLAB has after-sales service centers in Panyu District, Guangzhou and Southeast Asia (81550 Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia), equipped with dedicated service vehicles and professional after-sales teams. There are 6 full-time after-sales personnel at the Guangzhou headquarters.
售后服务网点：捷伦达在广州市番禺区及 ** 东南亚地区（81550 Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia）** 均设有售后服务点，配备售后服务专用车辆及专业售后团队。广州总部专职售后人员共 6 名。
 
6、Response & On-site Time Limit: Service response time shall not exceed 0.5 hours upon receiving the repair call; after-sales specialists will rush to the site within 8 hours to troubleshoot and eliminate faults.
响应与到场时限：自接到报修电话起，服务响应时间不超过 0.5 小时；售后服务专员将在 8 小时内赶赴现场，排查并排除故障。
